Artha

अर्थ
The pursuit of wealth and material well-being — one of life's four legitimate aims

Artha is one of the four purusharthas (aims of life) in Hinduism. It means wealth, material prosperity, power, and the means of worldly success. The Arthashastra by Kautilya (Chanakya) is the ancient treatise on statecraft, economics, and the accumulation and governance of power. Artha is considered fully legitimate when earned righteously and used in service of dharma. The pursuit of wealth is sacred when it supports one's duties and enables one to give generously.

Reflect: is the work you do for money aligned with your dharma? Or is it creating inner conflict? Artha should serve dharma, not undermine it.
