Bhakti Yoga

भक्ति योग
Love God so completely that self dissolves into the beloved

Bhakti Yoga is the path of devotion — the most popular path in the Bhagavad Gita and across all Hindu traditions. Krishna says in Chapter 12: 'Those who worship me with devotion, meditating on my transcendental form — I carry what they lack and preserve what they have.' Bhakti does not require knowledge, wealth, or physical capability — only sincere love. It is the path of Mirabai, Tukaram, and Ramakrishna — ordinary people who loved God extraordinarily.

A 60-second practice

Think of one being — a person, a deity, an ideal — that you love without conditions. Hold that love in your chest for 60 seconds. That warmth without agenda is the seed of Bhakti Yoga.

Best at dusk — the hour of lamps and evening prayer.
